Multicultural management experience with 17 years of corporate roles in different industries (Media, Oil & Gas, Beverage and Retail, Medical Devices, Consumer Goods, Port Activity & Logistics Solutions) in diverse Latin American countries, for multinational organisations, resulting in readiness to bring organisational effectiveness results in any work environment.

Experienced in translating the strategic business goals into organisational capabilities to drive alignment through holistic organisation design and ensure the talent strategy needed for success.

Believer in building trusting relationships and people's engagement as the key to strong and sustainable business results, maximising creativity and innovation.

Cecilia Brown Williams

Originally trained as an English teacher, specialized in teaching English to adults, with more than 15 years of experience in teaching classes in multinational companies in different areas (logistics solutions, energy sector, services, telecommunications and much more). Convinced that success in communicating in any language is the combination between the excellence of the content and the human and emotional approach of the processes. Specialized in corporate training at the National Technological University. I incorporate to all my projects Ontological Coaching tools, brain hacking, NLP and other resources that generate a commitment with the people involved and a relaxed and dynamic communication channel, which leaves as a reward not only quality knowledge, but meaningful relationships.

People are the key driver within teams, providing value towards the attainment of organisational goals. Business outcomes can be improved by investing in employee training and development.
